Hi, I'm Lee Mayfield — a lifelong Horry County resident and trusted real estate professional serving buyers and sellers throughout Horry and Georgetown Counties, from North Myrtle Beach to Pawleys Island and beyond.
After graduating from Clemson University in 1995, I spent 30 rewarding years teaching high school agriculture in North Myrtle Beach. Upon retirement, I began an exciting new chapter: helping individuals and families find the perfect place to call home along South Carolina's beautiful coast.
My wife, Ann, and I raised our two children, Luke and Molly, right here, and we love the lifestyle this area offers — warm beaches, world-class golf, incredible dining, live entertainment, and a welcoming coastal community.
